We are looking for a Research Associate who is able to contribute in shaping a truly unique agency through the creation of data-oriented insights in a moderate and engaging way and work across a range of clients to provide inspiring insights to planners, to clients and to the industry; to act as an ambassador for EMIR Research team at all times.
Responsibilities
To embed within the research planning and research team
To develop a good working knowledge of the company’s proprietary research tools (to develop insights and support planners on using and applying them).
To develop your primary research skills, both qualitative and quantitative, including:
Questionnaire design
Quantitative analyses (SPSS. AMOS etc.)
To determine what research and insights currently available and identify the knowledge gaps
Be able to synthesize information from a variety of fields and connect them to research within a Malaysian context
Participate in new research pitches
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably a Master's degree or professional qualification in Economy, Finance, Political Science, Education, Social Science or similar field with 4-6 years of professional work experience.
Experience with co and data analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and administrative management skills
A positive outgoing attitude with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with both local and global stakeholders
Tech and research tools savvy
